GGRMS May 2, 2025 w/ The WellingTones

As the month of May rolls in and with it brings the first hints of summer, Prince Palu returns to the cozy confines of the CJLO DJ booth for another stellar episode.

In the first hour he sets the mood with an hour of #RadioMagic featuring music by Babe Rainbow, Curtis Harding, Choses Sauvages, Museums.Mu, Momma, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Ty Segall, Muddy Waters, Foxwarren, Pearl Charles, Steel Saddle and Otis Redding.

In the second our he is joined in studio by Felicity Hamer (vocals), Marc-Andre Caron (guitar, vocals), Dan Ellison (drums, vocals) of the seven piece Rock 'n' Soul Revue The WellingTones. They present the live session that the band recorded in the CJLO studio (aka The Oven) a few weeks back and talk about the formation of the group, the not-to-be-missed show happening tonight at l'Escogriffe and curate a guest DJ set.
